I already teach wellness—why do I need this?

Because teaching and embodying are two different energies. This course bridges that gap. No more just taking in information and sharing it. This is LIVING it. This is not just a healing modality, but a new way of moving in your life in a way that aligns all aspects and speaks volumes to your clients.

What if I don’t have time?

This dripped-out and self-paced course is designed to fit within your schedule—not add to your stress. Listen to the audios and implement the practices consistently, but not in over-consumption. Allowing things to marinate and be digested is encouraged.
